MRK Return and Credit Policy:
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice.
Please contact your MRK Sales Representative to review and manage all return requests.
All products must be returned unopened and free of any permanent markings or stickers.
All product returns less than 6o days since invoice and in resalable condition will receive a Full Credit.
All product returns over 60 and up to 120 days past invoice date and in resalable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted on product over 120 days past invoice date.
Merchandise must be received at the home office before a credit can be granted.
Credit may take up to 30 days to be processed. All credits will be applied to your account.
Product returned that is un-saleable will not be given credit.
Promotional Products and New Intro Prepacks are Non-Refundable.
Salon Equipment is Non-Refundable.
Defective Electrical Appliances and Shears are returnable within 30 days of invoice.
Exchanges
Products received in error or damaged as a result of shipping will be exchanged and shipped at no cost.
Education
Tickets purchased for educational classes and events are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Product
Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in anyway may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker.
Discontinued Product: Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned.
Seasonal Product: Product that is branded or packaged as seasonal/holiday may not be returned.
Promotional, Prepacked Intro Kit, and Free Items: Are not eligible to be returned for credit.
Warranties
All electrical and battery-operated items being returned for any warranty claims (dryers, clippers, flat irons, curling irons, etc.) may be submitted within thirty (30) days of the invoice date for replacement of the defective product. Please note: All claims for warranty on electrical items submitted over sixty (60) days from the invoice date must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement of defective product.
